“朋党现象”与“圈子文化”形成机制探析

【摘要】：正朋党是中国封建专制统治内部权力斗争的产物,指的是为争夺权力、排斥异己而形成的集团。《荀子·臣道》曰:"朋党比周,以环至图私为务,是篡臣者也。"朋党被视作影响封建统治稳固的重大问题。目前我们党政治生态中的"圈子文化"现象,其外在特征、危害与封建社会党争具有同一性,实质上就是当代社会的结党营私。
[Abstract]:The upright party is the product of the power struggle within the feudal autocratic rule of China. It refers to a group formed to fight for power and reject dissidents. He is also a usurper. "the party is regarded as a major problem affecting the stability of feudal rule. At present, the phenomenon of" circle culture "in our party's political ecology is characterized by its external characteristics, its harm and its identity with the struggle of the feudal social party. In essence, it is the formation of the party and private interests in the contemporary society.
