【摘要】：正广州市白云区实施"互学互比"项目推进方式,开展"一镇街一党建创新品牌"活动,努力形成点上开花、整体提升的工作局面。一是坚持问题导向做到精准立项。以基层申报、上级点题相结合的方式,围绕党员教育管理创新、基层组织功能创新、基层干部管理创新、基层党建制度创新、"互联网+党建"五种类型,申报党建品牌项目。二是项目化管理推动精准操作。各镇街结合实际,制订科学的项目创建方案,做到责任人明确、方法措施明确、工作目标明确,针对每项措施制定推进时间表,实行挂图作战,倒排推进。
