论新时期群团组织的桥梁纽带作用

【摘要】：群团组织是中国共产党的伟大创造,是党群众观点的有力体现,是党联系人民群众的桥梁纽带。群团组织在新民主主义革命时期为党发动人民群众投身革命事业发挥了重要的桥梁纽带作用。在改革开放前三十年的社会主义建设时期,为党联系人民群众发挥了一定的桥梁纽带作用。在中国特色社会主义建设的新时期,群团组织依然要发挥桥梁纽带作用,而且这种作用只能加强不能削弱。今天的群团组织是中国特色社会主义群团组织,考查群团组织在新时期的桥梁纽带作用,对丰富和发展中国化的马克思主义和中国特色社会主义具有重要的理论和现实意义。群团组织在中国特色社会主义建设时期发挥作用是历史的必然。本文正文共五部分来考察新时期群团组织的桥梁纽带作用:第一部分主要介绍了与论题相关的概念,介绍了群团组织依三种不同标准进行的分类,并阐述了论题的理论基础。第二部分论述了新时期群团组织的桥梁纽带作用的内涵及表现:群团组织教育引导人民群众拥护党的领导、调动人民群众积极性参与中国特色社会主义建设、反映和维护人民群众的利益诉求。第三部分论述了新时期群团组织桥梁纽带作用存在的问题:群团组织将党的意志和主张向人民群众转化不力、调动人民群众建设积极性不力、反映和维护人民群众利益诉求不力。第四部分探析了新时期群团组织桥梁纽带作用问题的原因,原因从理论和实践两个方面展开:理论研究的不足和实践发展的不足。第五部分针对新时期群团组织发挥桥梁纽带作用存在的问题给出了几点解决的原则和对策建议,基本原则主要有五点,对策建议是从理论和实践两方面展开的。从历史中汲取经验,努力加强自身建设,才能更好地发挥群团组织的桥梁纽带作用,才能实现为党分忧,为民谋利,才能将中国特色社会主义建设推向前进。
[Abstract]:The mass organization is the great creation of the Communist Party of China and a powerful embodiment of the views of the Party and the masses. It is the bridge between the Party and the masses. During the period of the New Democratic Revolution, the mass organizations played an important role as a bridge link for the Party to mobilize the masses to join the revolutionary cause. In the period of socialist construction in the first 30 years of reform and opening up, It has played a certain role as a bridge link for the Party to connect with the masses of the people. In the new period of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the group and regiment organizations still have to play a role as a bridge link. Moreover, this role can only be strengthened and cannot be weakened. Today's group organization is a socialist group organization with Chinese characteristics, examining its role as a bridge link in the new era. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to enrich and develop Sinicized Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a historical necessity for group organizations to play a role in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The first part mainly introduces the concepts related to the topic. The classification of cluster organizations according to three different criteria is introduced. The second part discusses the connotation and manifestation of the bridge link function of the group organization in the new period: the education of the group organization leads the people to support the leadership of the Party. To mobilize the enthusiasm of the people to participate in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, The third part discusses the problems existing in the role of bridge link of the mass organization in the new period: the group organization has failed to transform the party's will and position into the people's masses, and to mobilize the masses' enthusiasm for construction, the third part discusses the problems existing in the function of bridging the bridge between the mass organizations and the masses in the new period. Reflecting and safeguarding the interests of the people. Part 4th explores the reasons for the role of the group groups in organizing bridges in the new period. The reasons are from two aspects of theory and practice: the deficiency of theoretical research and the deficiency of practical development. Part 5th gives some principles and countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the role of bridge link in the group organization in the new period. There are five basic principles, and the countermeasures and suggestions are carried out from both theoretical and practical aspects. Only by drawing lessons from history and striving to strengthen our own construction, can we better play the role of bridge and tie in the organization of mass groups and realize the sharing of worries for the Party. For the benefit of the people, we can push forward the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
