让“不作为”的官员混不下去

【摘要】：当前,官员们在"不作为"中表现出的重视个人兴趣爱好发展而忽视本职工作、工作态度良好但"不办实事"等新现象需要得到人们的高度重视。对此,需要通过积极完善群众问责制,并对官员的权责进行统一明确,进一步优化政府官员行政考核并主动加强工作作风建设等措施的落实,彻底解决官员"不作为"问题。
[Abstract]:At present, officials show in "inaction" that they attach importance to the development of personal interests and hobbies while neglecting their own work, and that new phenomena such as good working attitude but "not doing real things" need to be highly valued. It is necessary to improve the accountability system of the masses, unify and clarify the power and responsibility of the officials, further optimize the administrative examination of government officials and take the initiative to strengthen the construction of work style, so as to thoroughly solve the problem of "inaction" of officials.
