试论“新乡先进群体”的精神内涵与社会功能

【摘要】："新乡先进群体"是对新中国成立以来在河南省新乡市接续涌现的一批基层党员干部先进典型的统称,因其群体性与接续性而广受关注。这一群体的成员主要是基层党员干部,结构上具有群体性与层次性特征,内容上具有鲜明的时代特色,发展方面具有引领与传承性的特性。"新乡先进群体"展现了信念坚定、对党忠诚,依靠群众、为民服务,实事求是、与时俱进,崇尚实干、艰苦奋斗,清正廉洁、甘于奉献等鲜明的精神特质,他们的精神具有教育、凝聚、塑造和推动等日益凸显的社会功能。
[Abstract]:"New Township Advanced Group" is a group of advanced and typical grass-roots party members who have emerged since the founding of New China in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, and have attracted wide attention because of their collectivity and continuity. The members of this group are mainly grass-roots party members. The structure has the characteristics of group and hierarchy, the content has distinct characteristics of the times, and the development has the characteristic of leading and inheriting. "New Township Advanced Group" shows firm faith, loyalty to the Party, reliance on the masses and serving the people. Seeking truth from facts, keeping pace with the times, advocating hard work, hard struggle, clean and clean, willing to dedicate, their spirit has the increasingly prominent social function of education, agglomeration, molding and promotion.
