【摘要】：近年来,为了实现"四个全面"的基层落实要求,磐安县在全岗位建立基层党建责任清单,全过程跟踪管理监督党员工作,全方位落实"最大政绩"要求,全面推进各项工作,形成了基层党建工作新格局。
