高校创新型党组织的内涵、基本特征及建设路径

【摘要】：创新型党组织建设是我党在不断推进学习型、服务型党组织建设过程中,在组织建设上不断科学发展的一个必然阶段,是党的组织建设更加成熟、服务水平不断提高、执政能力不断提升的一个必经过程。高校作为人才培养的重要基地,其创新型党组织的建设在马克思主义执政党建设中具有重要的地位和作用。因此,深入研究高校创新型党组织建设,厘清其内涵、把握其基本特征、探索其建设和发展的有效路径,对于推进高校创新型党组织建设和新时期全面加强党的领导具有重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of innovative Party organization is an inevitable stage of our Party's continuous scientific development in the process of promoting the construction of learning-type and service-oriented Party organization, and is also the more mature and service level of the Party's organizational construction. As an important base of talent training, the construction of innovative Party organization plays an important role in the construction of Marxist ruling party. Deeply study the construction of innovative Party organization in colleges and universities, clarify its connotation, grasp its basic characteristics, and explore the effective path of its construction and development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of innovative Party organizations in colleges and universities and to strengthen the leadership of the Party in an all-round way in the new period.
