微观视野下当前高校大学生党支部建设的问题和对策

【摘要】：大学生党支部当前存在低年级大学生党员数量不足、党支部设置困难、大学生入党积极分子政治培养环节弱化、活动组织不便且质量不高等亟待解决的问题。要解决问题,就要突出"早"字,重点解决低年级正式党员数量不足等问题;抓好辅导员队伍建设这个关键;创新党支部活动内容和方法;做好顶层设计,铺就大学生党支部建设的制度和组织保障。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the Party branch of college students, such as the shortage of the number of junior college students' Party members, the difficulty of setting up the Party branch, the weakening of the political training link of the college students' admission to the Party, the inconvenient organization of the activities and the low quality, etc.To solve the problem, it is necessary to highlight the word "early" and focus on solving the problem of insufficient number of junior regular party members; do a good job in building the contingent of counselors; innovate the contents and methods of the activities of the Party branch; and do a good job in top-level design.Lay out the system and organizational guarantee for the construction of the Party branch of college students.
