[Abstract]:As the situation of the cadre ranks changes, as well as the requirements of the new situation and new tasks in the work of cadres,The requirements and criteria for the selection and appointment of leading cadres are also constantly changing. In January 2014, the regulations on the selection and appointment of leading cadres issued by the Party and Government have added the principle of "all over the world, taking virtue as the first" in the principle of selecting and appointing cadres.This shows that more and more attention is paid to the evaluation of morality in the selection and appointment of cadres, and it is worth discussing how to assess the morality of leading cadres scientifically, correctly and effectively.Among them, social supervision is an important guarantee for the moral assessment of leading cadres.
