【摘要】：正习近平总书记强调,要加强对权力运行的制约和监督,把权力关进制度的笼子里,形成不敢腐的惩戒机制、不能腐的防范机制、不易腐的保障机制。这深刻揭示了制约监督权力的基本路径。党的十八届六中全会指出,监督是权力正确运行的根本保证,是加强和规范党内生活的重要举措。要完善权力运行制约和监督机制,形成有权必有责、用权必担责、滥权必追责的制度安排。筑牢权力监督
