扬清吏治一靠德治,二靠法治

【摘要】：中央政治局第十六次集体学习会上,习总书记提到要营造良好从政环境。净化政治生态,营造良好从政环境,既是当前展开的反腐倡廉运动的既定目标,也是今后官场的新要求、"新常态"。然真要做到这一点,并不是一件容易的事,古往今来在净化官场生态上,就多有曲折,净化官场生态是一项长期而艰巨的任务。
[Abstract]:At the Politburo's 16th collective learning meeting, General Secretary Xi called for a good political environment.Purifying political ecology and creating a good political environment are not only the established goals of the current anti-corruption campaign, but also the new requirements of the official field in the future, "the new normal".However, it is not an easy task to do this. There are many twists and turns in purifying the officialdom ecology from ancient to present. It is a long and arduous task to purify the officialdom ecology.
