【摘要】：正一要强化党组织书记"第一责任人"的职责。持续深化党组织书记抓基层党建工作公开承诺,全面建立党组织书记抓基层党建工作"三张清单",充分发挥媒体的监督作用,跟踪晾晒承诺事项和清单任务完成情况。进一步完善党建工作考核激励机制,认真落实"三级联述
