我国反腐倡廉建设的探讨

【摘要】：腐败是任何政权和政党足以致命的疾病,假如不积极面对这个问题,那么,轻则腐化一个国家的风气,重则使一个国家解体。反腐倡廉关系到政权和民族生死存亡的严重政治斗争。今天的中国社会主义建设取得巨大成就,虽说国内外形势发生了翻天覆地的变化,但由于腐败现象赖以存在的条件并未消除,腐败现象也并未消失,而其具体的形式和内容却有了新的变化,使得反腐倡廉建设的任务变得更为繁重。因此,探究反腐倡廉建设十分迫切,意义重大,有助于为反腐倡廉工作的科学发展提供理论支持;第二,为反腐倡廉提供具体的对策,推动反腐倡廉建设的进行。本文的研究思路是,首先对腐败问题进行一般的理论探讨,主要分析腐败的含义、特征与表现形式、腐败的根源和危害,反腐倡廉的意义,最后提出反腐倡廉的具体措施。在研究中,本人主要运用了以下几种方法:文献法、比较研究法、归纳法、历史与逻辑统一法。笔者通过各种途径检索与本论题相关的论著、论文,并对这些材料进行认真的筛选、整理。同时,在深入分析的基础上,对这些文献进行了充分整合,并加以运用。通过归纳法和比较法对我国反腐倡廉的历程和经验进行总结。本文除引言和结论外,由三部分组成,第一部分,对腐败的定义、腐败的特征和表现形式、产生的根源和危害、反腐的意义、历史经验进行了阐述和总结。第二部分,探讨建国后我国反腐倡廉的历程和经验,第三部分,对于我国在当前这个特殊的历史时期如何加强反腐倡廉建设提出了自己的观点和建议。
[Abstract]:Corruption is a deadly disease of any political power and political party. If we do not confront this problem actively, it will corrupt a country's ethos and disintegrate a country.The fight against corruption and clean government is related to the serious political struggle between the regime and the nation.Today, great achievements have been made in China's socialist construction. Although the situation at home and abroad has undergone earth-shaking changes, because the conditions on which corruption exists have not been eliminated, corruption has not disappeared.But its concrete form and content have new change, making the task of anti-corruption and building clean government become more onerous.Therefore, it is very urgent and significant to explore the construction of anti-corruption, which is helpful to provide theoretical support for the scientific development of anti-corruption work; second, to provide specific countermeasures for anti-corruption and to promote the construction of anti-corruption.The main idea of this paper is to discuss the problem of corruption in general theory, mainly analyze the meaning, characteristics and forms of corruption, the root and harm of corruption, the significance of anti-corruption, and finally put forward specific measures to combat corruption.In the research, I mainly use the following methods: literature method, comparative research method, induction method, history and logic unity method.The author searched the works and papers related to this topic through various ways, and carefully sifted and sorted out these materials.At the same time, on the basis of in-depth analysis, these documents are fully integrated and applied.This paper sums up the course and experience of anti-corruption in our country through inductive and comparative methods.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper consists of three parts: the first part, the definition of corruption, the characteristics and manifestations of corruption, the origin and harm of corruption, the significance of anti-corruption, and historical experience are expounded and summarized.The second part discusses the history and experience of combating corruption and promoting honesty after the founding of the people's Republic of China. In the third part, the author puts forward his own views and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of anti-corruption in this special historical period.
