论建国后中国共产党对党内关系的最初探索及启示

【摘要】：新中国成立后,针对党内关系暴露出来的问题,中国共产党对如何处理执政条件下的党内关系进行了一系列探索,特别是在党内上下级关系、党内个人与组织的关系和处理党内关系的方法三个方面,在理论上做出了贡献,实践中积累了经验。这些探索给予的重要启示是:党内关系要适应党从革命到执政的角色转换,同时党内关系的构建须以制度作为保障,只有如此,党内关系才能保持良好的状态。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, in view of the problems exposed by the inner-party relations, the CPC conducted a series of explorations on how to handle the inner-party relations under the ruling conditions, especially the relations between the upper and lower levels within the party. The relationship between individual and organization within the Party and the method of dealing with it have made contributions in theory and accumulated experience in practice. The important enlightenment of these explorations is that the inner-party relationship should adapt to the transformation of the party's role from revolution to power, and the construction of the inner-party relationship must be protected by the system. Only in this way, the inner-party relationship can maintain a good state.
