【摘要】:正一个单位的重要干部主要是指担任重要职务、处在关键岗位、具有较大影响、起到带动作用的干部。具体来讲,就是单位中的领导班子成员、中层正职、主要领导身边人以及从事人事、财务等敏感工作的干部。与普通干部相比,重要干部对单位的影响更为重大,有时甚至能起到决定性作用。古往今来,在用干部和用重要干部方面的典型事例有很多,成功的领导者因为善用干部、用好干部,特别是能够正确使用重要干部,从而如虎添翼,事业蒸蒸日上,甚至走
[Abstract]:An important cadre in a unit mainly refers to cadres who hold important posts, are in key positions, have greater influence and play a leading role. Compared with ordinary cadres, important cadres have a greater influence on units and sometimes even play a decisive role.
