高校党建工作面临的困境及优化路径分析

【摘要】：高校承担着思想政治工作的重任,对于培养社会主义接班人具有重要意义。高校是新知识分子的聚集地,汇聚了各种新思想和新观念。尤其是在当今社会主义市场经济体制下,人们的思想受市场经济的影响变的复杂。大学生面对新思想的冲击,其个性追求更加明显。大学生党建工作受到高校的普遍关注。本文从高校党建工作的重要性入手,着重分析了高校党建工作面临的困境并探索了高校党建工作的优化路径。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities undertake the important task of ideological and political work, which is of great significance to the cultivation of socialist successors. Colleges and universities are a gathering place for new intellectuals, gathering a variety of new ideas and new ideas. Especially in the current socialist market economy system, people's thoughts become complicated by the influence of market economy. College students face the impact of new ideas, its personality pursuit is more obvious. The work of party building of college students is generally concerned by colleges and universities.
