基层服务型团组织队伍建设的对策研究——基于团干部教育培训的视角

【摘要】：课题组以武汉市各区的基层团干部为研究对象,通过问卷调查、个别访谈、集体座谈等方式,对武汉市的基层服务型团组织队伍建设情况进行调研。调查发现,大部分团干部对服务型团组织的概念认知度不够;对服务对象的重要程度认识不足;团干部主要通过教育培训和网络获取团青信息,新媒体宣传影响力不及传统渠道;人、财、物仍然是制约基层团组织有效开展服务工作的主要因素;集中化、表面化、形式化是基层团组织服务青年的突出问题。为打造高效、高质、高能的服务型团组织队伍,开展有指导性、具针对性、可持续性的服务型队伍建设项目培训成为必然。
[Abstract]:The research group took the grassroots regiment cadres of Wuhan as the research object, through questionnaire investigation, individual interview, collective discussion and so on, carried on the investigation and investigation to the construction situation of the grass-roots service group organization team in Wuhan city. The investigation found that the majority of regiment cadres did not have enough understanding of the concept of service-oriented League organizations; they did not have enough understanding of the importance of service objects; and League cadres obtained information about the youth of the regiment mainly through education and training and through the Internet. The influence of new media propaganda is not as good as that of traditional channels; people, money and material are still the main factors that restrict the grass-roots League organizations to carry out the service work effectively; centralization, surface and formalization are the outstanding problems of grass-roots League organizations serving young people. In order to build high-efficiency, high-quality, high-energy service group organization team, it is necessary to carry out guiding, targeted and sustainable service team construction project training.
