行贿犯罪档案查询:技术创新与制度自觉

【摘要】：正行贿犯罪档案查询是技术反腐的典型做法,是职务犯罪预防的工作创新,有利于社会信用体系建设。但其作为一项新的探索,仍存在一些局限与挑战,需处理好与检察机关职责履行之间的关系,进一步推进查询系统建设的立法化,以充分发挥查询系统的功能作用。一、行贿犯罪档案查询:技术反腐的新探索随着科学技术特别是信息技术的发展,技术反腐正成为一种不容忽视的反腐手段。当然,这里的"技术"不仅指信息技术,而且包括其他纪检监察管理系统、电子政务以及信访处理平台等。大致来说,
