企业反腐如何提升价值创造能力

【摘要】：企业反腐对于降低企业代理成本和隐性成本及促进激励具有重要意义。企业反腐重点在于优化公司治理结构,建立符合现代化要求的企业治理结构,从而提升企业的价值创造能力。
[Abstract]:Anti-corruption is of great significance to reduce agency cost and hidden cost and promote incentive. The emphasis of enterprise anti-corruption lies in optimizing the corporate governance structure and establishing the enterprise governance structure in line with the requirements of modernization so as to enhance the value creation ability of the enterprise.
