探究以党建工作新成效扎实推进精准扶贫

【摘要】：全面建设小康社会过程中,最为艰巨的环节在于农村的建设,特别是在一些较为贫穷的地区。一个不包括农村的小康,特别是不包括贫困地区小康的社会,就不能够称之为全面建设的小康社会。就目前来说,我国正处在扶贫攻坚,加快小康建设的关键性阶段,以确保在2020年之前全国各个地区能够实现进入全面小康社会,这就要求建设过程要认真贯彻和落实扶贫工作的会议精神,将精准识贫、扶贫与脱贫积极贯穿于党建工作的整个过程。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the most difficult link lies in the construction of rural areas, especially in some poorer areas. A well-off society not including rural areas, especially in poor areas, can not be called a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, our country is in the critical stage of poverty alleviation and building a well-off society so as to ensure that all regions of the country will be able to enter a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020. This requires that the construction process should conscientiously carry out and implement the spirit of the conference on poverty alleviation, and that the accurate understanding of poverty, poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation should actively run through the whole process of party building work.
