【摘要】：正不知何年何月起,一把手成了部门主官的代名词,成为一言九鼎的关键词。应当说,一个干部能够从激烈竞争中脱颖而出成为一把手,并非易事。党要培养一个部门的一把手,需从德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方面全面考察,可谓精挑细选,用心良苦。作为关键岗位上的关键人,绝大多数一把手都能不负重托,忠实履职。
[Abstract]:I do not know when the month, the head of the department has become a synonym for the chief official, become a key word. It should be said that it is not easy for a cadre to emerge from the fierce competition and become the leader. If the Party wants to train the head of a department, it needs to conduct a comprehensive inspection in five aspects: morality, ability, diligence, achievement and honesty. As key people in key positions, the vast majority of first-level leaders can live up to the trust, faithfully discharge their duties.
