高职发展新常态下创新学生预备党员培养模式的实践思考

【摘要】：高职发展进入新时期,只有创新人才培养模式,才能培养出适应经济社会发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。高职院校的学生党员队伍是学生群体的骨干力量,培养并发展好学生党员是高职教育的重要任务。基于高职发展的新常态,针对学生党建工作中的实际问题,结合实践经验,探讨创新高职学生预备党员培养模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher vocational education entering the new period, only by innovating the training mode of talents can we cultivate high-quality technical talents who can meet the needs of economic and social development. The student Party members in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of the student group. It is an important task of higher vocational education to cultivate and develop the student Party members. Based on the new normal of the development of higher vocational education and the practical problems in the party building of students, this paper probes into the innovation of the mode of cultivating probationary party members in higher vocational colleges.
