习近平干部队伍建设思想及其价值研究

【摘要】：打造一支意志坚能力强的干部队伍是中国共产党走在时代前列的必然要求。在全面建成小康社会的战略任务的指引下,干部队伍的建设显得尤为重要。习近平在继承马克思主义经典作家和我国共产党干部队伍建设思想基础上,融古贯今,发掘古代吏治用人思想中的合理之处,观照当今,不断在理论和实践上创新,形成了新阶段的干部队伍建设思想。本文从习近平干部队伍建设思想产生的理论基础和实践基础及现实依据出发,论述了习近平干部队伍建设的主要内容和鲜明特点以及其价值。本文包括四个部分。第一部分,阐述了本论文的选题目的和意义,并梳理了国内外对该问题的研究现状;介绍了研究的方式并提出创新之处。第二部分,阐述了习近平干部队伍建设思想产生的理论基础、实践基础及现实依据,分析了当前国际的复杂形势、国内发展的机遇和挑战以及党内面临的问题提出加强干部队伍建设的必要性和迫切性。第三部分,从习近平在不同的工作时期以及一系列的讲话中全面总结概括了干部队伍建设思想其主要内容包括:干部队伍培养和教育的思想、干部队伍制度建设的思想、干部队伍的选拔与使用的思想、干部队改进作风的思想以及干部队伍廉政建设和反腐败的思想。第四部分,习近平干部队伍建设思想有其鲜明的特点和重大的价值。习近平干部队伍建设思想具有:服务宗旨的人民性、语言表达上的务实性、典型模范的引领性以及传统文化的契合性的特点。其价值包括:丰富和发展了马克思主义关于干部队伍建设思想的内涵;丰富完善了习近平的治国理政思想;有利于协调推进全面从严治党,始终保持党的生机与活力;有利于密切党群关系夯实党的执政基础和执政地位;有利于培养高素质干部队伍为全面建成小康社会提供组织保障。
[Abstract]:It is necessary for the Communist Party of China to step forward in the times to build a contingent of cadres with strong will and ability. Under the guidance of the strategic task of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the construction of cadre ranks is particularly important. On the basis of inheriting the thought of Marxist classic writers and the construction of the cadre team of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping combines the ancient times with the present, excavates the reasonable place in the ancient thought of using officials, and considers the current situation, and innovates constantly in theory and practice. Has formed the new stage cadre troop construction thought. Based on the theoretical, practical and practical basis of the construction of Xi Jinping cadre team, this paper discusses the main contents, distinctive characteristics and value of the construction of Xi Jinping cadre contingent. This paper includes four parts. In the first part, the purpose and significance of this thesis are expounded, and the research status of this problem at home and abroad is combed, and the research methods are introduced and the innovations are put forward. The second part expounds the theoretical basis, the practical basis and the practical basis of the thought of Xi Jinping cadre team construction, and analyzes the current complex international situation. The opportunities and challenges of domestic development and the problems faced by the Party put forward the necessity and urgency of strengthening the construction of cadres' ranks. In the third part, from the different working periods and a series of speeches of Xi Jinping, the author summarizes the thought of cadre team construction, which includes: the thought of cadre team training and education, the thought of cadre team system construction. The thought of selecting and using the cadre team, the thought of improving the work style of the cadre team, and the thought of building a clean government and fighting corruption of the cadre team. The fourth part, the Xi Jinping cadre troop construction thought has its distinct characteristic and the important value. The thought of Xi Jinping cadre team construction has the following characteristics: the people's character of serving aim, the pragmatism of language expression, the leading of typical model and the conformity of traditional culture. Its value includes: enriching and developing the connotation of Marxism's thought on cadre team building; enriching and perfecting Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country and managing political affairs; helping to coordinate and advance the overall strict administration of the party and keeping the party's vigor and vitality all the time; It is beneficial to close the relationship between the Party and the masses to consolidate the ruling foundation and position of the Party and to train the contingent of high-quality cadres to provide organizational guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
