【摘要】：群众观既是马克思主义的基本观点,群众路线又是中国共产党的生命线和根本工作路线。马克思主义群众观中国化,就是将马克思主义群众观的基本原理与中国革命、建设和改革的具体情况相结合。总结中国共产党在马克思主义群众观中国化历史进程中的宝贵经验,总结十八大以来新一届领导集体关于马克思主义群众观中国化的最新理论成果,对于继承和发扬党的优良传统,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。文章的导论部分阐述了论文选题的缘由,梳理了学术界的相关成果,并对文章的写作思路和研究方法进行了说明。正文的第一部分从马克思、恩格斯、列宁等经典作家的相关文献出发,系统介绍了马克思主义群众观的基本内容,并从理论和实践两个维度分析了马克思主义群众观对无产阶级政党建设和社会主义建设的重要意义。正文的第二部分根据“革命时期”“社会主义建设的探索时期”“改革开放以来”等三个历史阶段的划分,梳理了中国共产党历届领导集体各个历史阶段提出了群众观,并总结了马克思主义群众观中国化进程中积累的宝贵经验。正文的第三部分从机遇和挑战两个层面,既总结了十八大以来新一届中央领导集体对马克思主义群众观的理论创新,又研究了马克思主义群众观进一步中国化需要克服的实践困境。正文的第四部分探索了马克思主义群众观中国化的当代启示。文章从历史经验、现实成就以及依然存在的挑战出发,尝试提出了新时期马克思主义群众观中国化需要坚持的基本原则,既价值引领原则、需求导向原则和方法创新原则。诚然,马克思主义群众观的中国化是较为宏大的选题,作者深知其中的难度。无论是文献的阅读还是理论的分析都需要做长期的功夫。论文写作中也常常遇到一些困惑,作者认为随着“‘四个全面’战略”布局的推进,这些困惑都将会在实践中得到回应,到时也需要进行进一步凝练。
[Abstract]:The mass view is not only the basic viewpoint of Marxism, but also the lifeline and fundamental working line of the Communist Party of China. The Sinicization of Marxist mass view is to combine the basic principle of Marxist mass view with the concrete situation of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. Summing up the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China in the historical process of the Sinicization of the Marxist mass view, and summarizing the latest theoretical achievements of the new leadership group since the 18th National Congress on the Sinicization of the Marxist Mass View, It has important theoretical and practical significance for inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of the Party. In the introduction part, the author explains the reason of choosing the topic of the thesis, combs the related achievements of the academic circles, and explains the writing ideas and research methods of the article. The first part of the text from Marx, Engels, Lenin and other classical writers of the relevant literature, introduced the Marxist mass view of the basic content, The significance of Marxist mass view to the construction of proletarian political party and socialism is analyzed from two aspects of theory and practice. In the second part of the text, according to the division of the three historical stages of "the revolutionary period", "the exploration period of socialist construction" and "since the reform and opening up", the author puts forward the mass view at each historical stage of the successive leading collective of the Communist Party of China. And summed up the Marxist view of the masses in the process of the accumulation of valuable experience. The third part of the text summarizes the theoretical innovation of the new leading collective of the Central Committee on the Marxist mass view since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from the two aspects of opportunity and challenge. It also studies the practical dilemma that needs to be overcome in the further localization of Marxist mass view. The fourth part of the text explores the contemporary enlightenment of Marxist mass view in China. Based on the historical experience, practical achievements and the challenges that still exist, this paper tries to put forward the basic principles for the localization of Marxist mass view in the new period, namely the guiding principle of value, the principle of demand-oriented and the principle of method innovation. To be sure, Sinicization of Marxist view of the masses is a great topic, and the author knows the difficulty. Both literature reading and theoretical analysis require long-term effort. The author believes that with the development of the "four comprehensive" strategies, these puzzles will be answered in practice, and further condensed will be needed.
