【摘要】：中共中央领导集体形成发展史,一般是指中国共产党创建至今九十多年间所确立的五代(届)中央领导集体形成发展及新老交替的历史进程。它有狭义和广义之分,狭义的中央领导集体形成发展史是指1935年遵义会议形成以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体以来确立的五代(届)中央领导集体形成发展的历史轨迹,广义的中央领导集体形成发展史是指建党以来特别是遵义会议以来五代(届)中央领导集体自身发展壮大及其领导中国革命建设改革的全部历史。本文取中观视角,聚焦中国共产党的顶层设计即中央领导集体,以中央领导集体形成发展史为主线,紧紧围绕中央领导集体形成发展史之中的几个基本问题展开研究。中观视域的中央领导集体形成发展史立足其自身发展的历史轨迹,旨在廓清作为中国共产党顶层设计的中央领导集体的成长成熟的历史进程,同时,力争精准概括总结与其发展历程相伴而生的综合绩效,并深刻分析揭示其当代价值启示,这对我们进一步强化党的建设、坚持党的理论创新、坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路具有重大意义。本文共分三大部分。第一部分,中共中央领导集体形成发展史的相关要素概论。本章以时空背景为视角,对中央领导集体形成发展的历史进程、历史际遇、历史特点进行集中论述。第二部分,中共中央领导集体形成发展史的组织架构。本章以组织实体为视角,重点阐述中央领导集体形成发展中确立的领导机关及其演变、领导成员及其更替、领导体制及其完善。第三部分,中共中央领导集体数十年形成发展史所取得的综合成效简评。本章以生存价值为视角,深刻总结中央领导集体形成发展所取得的历史绩效,并对当下中国共产党的建设尤其是顶层建设提练出可资借鉴的经验启示。
[Abstract]:The history of the formation of the collective leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC generally refers to the historical process of the formation, development and replacement of the central leadership of the five dynasties (sessions) established by the Communist Party of China since the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) more than 90 years ago. It is divided into narrow sense and broad sense. The narrow sense of the history of the formation of the central leadership refers to the historical track of the formation and development of the central leadership of the five dynasties (sessions) since the formation of the first generation of central leadership with Mao Zedong as the core at the Zunyi Conference in 1935. The history of the formation of the central leading collective in a broad sense refers to the whole history of the development and development of the central leadership collective since the founding of the Party, especially since the Zunyi meeting, and its leadership in the revolutionary construction and reform of China. From the view of the middle angle, this paper focuses on the top-level design of the Communist Party of China, that is, the central leadership collective, taking the history of the formation of the central leadership collective as the main line, focusing on several basic problems in the development history of the central leadership collective formation. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is an introduction to the relevant elements in the history of the formation of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee. From the perspective of space-time background, this chapter focuses on the historical process, historical fate and historical characteristics of the formation and development of the central leadership collective. The second part is the organizational structure of the development history of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee. From the perspective of organizational entity, this chapter focuses on the establishment and evolution of leading organs, leading members and their replacement, leadership system and its perfection in the formation and development of the central leadership collective. The third part, the Communist Party of China Central Committee leadership over the decades of the formation of the history of development achieved a brief review of comprehensive results. From the perspective of survival value, this chapter summarizes the historical achievements of the formation and development of the central collective leadership, and puts forward some lessons for reference to the construction of the Communist Party of China, especially the top-level construction.
