【摘要】：正国有企业党建工作历来争议颇多,始终有杂音纷扰。为了顺利推进国企党建,加强国有企业党的领导,必须澄清错误观念,驳斥错误论调,正确认识和评价国企党建工作。驳国有企业腐败论国内外许多新自由主义经济学家和私有化主张者一直坚称国有企业腐败严重,无可救药,治本之策唯有彻底私有化和彻底消灭国有经济一途。国有企业腐败论,实质上形成了对国有企业改革和国有企业党建的根本
[Abstract]:The work of party building in state-owned enterprises has always been controversial, always noisy. In order to advance the party construction of state-owned enterprises smoothly and strengthen the leadership of the party of state-owned enterprises, we must clear up the wrong ideas, refute the wrong arguments, and correctly understand and evaluate the work of the party building in the state-owned enterprises. Many neoliberal economists and privatization advocates at home and abroad have always insisted that state-owned enterprises are so corrupt that there is no remedy. The only way to deal with this problem is to completely privatize and destroy the state-owned economy. On the corruption of state-owned enterprises, the essence of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the Party building of state-owned enterprises has been formed in essence.
