【摘要】：中国共产党历来重视自身优良作风的建设。近年来,随着党风廉政建设的实践工作更加深入,如贪污腐败、懒政、乱政等越来越多的党风问题浮出表面,伴随这些问题的是人们关于党风建设深入思考——如何进一步探索更加有效的党风建设路径来确保党政内部气正风清。本论文是在中国政党与政治发展的研究框架之中,以党风建设为具体的研究中轴,并以政治文化,尤其是中观政治文化为研究视角,旨在通过对我国党政集体中潜在的、流行的政治风气现象的研究,以透过政治文化现象看党风建设工作的本质,将党群内的政治思想及意识形态、政治心理及倾向等文化问题深刻的反映出来,从而寻找一种科学、有效、持久的改善工作作风的研究途径,并希望能为今后我国党风建设工作提供一个新的研究角度。论文共分为四个章节。第一章节主要介绍选题的背景、意义以及研究现状;第二章阐述了党的作风建设的意义以及政治文化的内涵及功能等相关理论;第三章为党内政治文化的现状研究,主要围绕党的政治文化特点、政治文化产生的原因以及党的作风正在面临何种政治文化环境影响的困境而分别进行阐述;第四章主要阐述以政治文化视角,我国党风建设所存在的系统性缺陷,以及如何在这些系统性缺陷之下加强党的作风建设。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the construction of its own fine style of work. In recent years, as the practice of building a clean and honest party style has deepened, more and more problems of party style, such as corruption, laziness and chaos, have surfaced. Along with these problems, people think deeply about the construction of party style-how to further explore more effective ways of building party style to ensure that the inner party and government are clean. In the research frame of Chinese political party and political development, this thesis takes the construction of party style as the concrete research axis, and takes the political culture, especially the meso-political culture as the research angle, aiming at the potential of the party and government collective in our country. The study of popular political ethos, in order to see the essence of the party style construction through the political and cultural phenomenon, to reflect the political thought and ideology, the political psychology and the tendency of the party group deeply, and to find a kind of science. It is an effective and lasting research approach to improve the work style and hope to provide a new research angle for the construction of the Party style in the future. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, significance and research status of the topic; the second chapter describes the significance of the Party's style of work and political culture and other related theories; the third chapter is the current situation of the party's political culture research. Mainly focusing on the political and cultural characteristics of the party, the reasons for the emergence of political culture, and what kind of political and cultural environment the Party's style is facing the plight of the impact of the political and cultural environment. The systematic defects in the construction of Party style in China, and how to strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work under these systemic defects.
