新形势下高校班团一体化协同工作机制建设研究

【摘要】：班级是高校凝聚青年的最基本组成单元,团支部是高校基层团组织的基本构成单元,二者直接面向广大青年群体。近年来,在支部建设与班级建设中,围绕新形势下班团建设中突显的问题,如何打造团支部活力、提升班级文化,成为高校团委提升团组织活力,更好地引领青年、凝聚青年、服务青年、培育青年所要研究的重要课题。在多元化、创新性思潮的推动下,研究与构建一套切合实际、行之有效的班团一体化工作机制显得尤为必要与重要,也是凝炼支部(班级)文化、提升基层团组织凝聚力、战斗力和活力的关键途径。
[Abstract]:The class is the most basic component unit of the agglomerated youth in colleges and universities, and the League branch is the basic constituent unit of the grass-roots league organization in colleges and universities, both of which are directly oriented to the vast number of youth groups. In recent years, in the course of branch building and class building, how to build the vitality of the League branch, promote the class culture, become the league committee of colleges and universities, promote the vitality of the league organization, better lead the youth, and unite the youth, around the problems highlighted in the construction of the off-duty regiment in the new situation, Serve the youth, cultivate the important subject that young people should study. Under the impetus of diversified and innovative thoughts, it is necessary and important to study and construct a set of practical and effective integrated work mechanism of class and regiment, which is also to refine the culture of branch (class) and promote the cohesion of grass-roots League organization.
