[Abstract]:We are about to focus on the link of rectification and reform and the link of keeping promise. Urging party secretaries at the grass-roots level to take the lead in drawing up "two plans, two lists", that is, plans and lists for rectification and reform of problems, work plans for party building and lists of responsibilities, after summarizing the contents of their duties, and making public announcements in newspapers, television, and the Internet, and so on. Subject to mass supervision;
