围绕“四减四增”提升互联网党建绩效

【摘要】："互联网+党建",是适应信息化社会"互联网+"时代党建工作的战略性举措,极大地促进了党建工作的现代化水平,推动了党的"三大能力"建设。但也由于其存在的匿名性、隐身化、非面对面性等特点,制约和影响着"党建绩效"。因此,我们需要在新的挑战和任务面前,推动结构性的"四减四增",提高党建工作水平。
[Abstract]:"Internet Party building" is a strategic measure to adapt to the "Internet" era of the information society, which greatly promotes the modernization level of the party building work and promotes the construction of the "three major abilities" of the Party. However, because of its anonymity, invisibility, non-face-to-face and other characteristics, it restricts and affects the performance of the Party building. Therefore, in the face of new challenges and tasks, we need to push forward the structural "four minus four increases" to improve the level of party building.
