中国共产党西柏坡时期经济政策的梳理与述评

【摘要】：从1947年5月中央工委进驻西柏坡至1949年3月中共中央迁移北平,中国共产党和中央政府在当时特殊的历史背景条件下,为适应社会发展的形势需要,针对性地采取了卓有成效的货币政策、金融政策及贸易政策,对我国解放战争的胜利具有重要的意义,为新中国成立后我国的经济发展积累了大量宝贵的经验。本文对这一时期的这些经济政策进行了系统梳理,以资借鉴。
[Abstract]:From May 1947 when the Central working Committee moved to Xibaipo to the relocation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Peiping in March 1949, the Communist Party of China and the Central Government, under the special historical background of that time, in order to meet the needs of the social development situation, The effective monetary policy, financial policy and trade policy have important significance to the victory of our country's liberation war, and have accumulated a great deal of valuable experience for our country's economic development after the founding of New China. This paper systematically combs these economic policies in this period to draw lessons from them.
