党委如何把好干部破格提拔关

【摘要】：正破格提拔是干部选拔常规程序的一个必要补充,可以为优秀年轻干部脱颖而出拓宽渠道,为破除论资排辈提供平台,为优化领导班子结构储备人才。破格提拔干部不仅关乎干部个人成长进步,更是选人用人导向的鲜明体现,运用好了,对一方政治生态有着积极的影响作用;运用不好,就会产生负面影响,甚至导致用人不公或用人腐败。因此,对破格提拔干部党委必须从严把关,着力在"四个重在"上下功夫。一、标准不能降低,重在保证素质。《党政领导干部
