高校综合改革背景下强化基层党支部建设探索

【摘要】：市场化经济改革、社会转型给高校基层党组织建设带来冲击和挑战,由于高校党政领导体制不顺,对基层党支部建设实际重视不够,保障机制薄弱,工作队伍僵化,导致基层党支部战斗力不强,凝聚力吸引力不高,作用发挥不突出,队伍建设滞后等一系列问题。为适应新形势、新变化、新常态,高校深化综合改革,进一步加强基层党支部建设势在必行。综合改革和强化党支部建设是相互作用、相互促进的双赢结果。探索综合改革背景下高校基层党支部建设路径,应切实提高重视程度,加大支持力度,强化思想建设,完善工作制度,加强队伍建设,创新工作方式,服务师生发展。
[Abstract]:The market-oriented economic reform and the social transformation have brought impact and challenge to the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities. Due to the bad leadership system of party and government in colleges and universities, insufficient attention has been paid to the construction of grass-roots party branches, the guarantee mechanism is weak, and the work force is rigid. This leads to a series of problems, such as weak combat effectiveness, unattractive cohesion, weak function and lagged construction of the party branch at the grass-roots level. In order to adapt to the new situation, new changes and new normal, it is imperative for colleges and universities to deepen comprehensive reform and further strengthen the construction of grass-roots party branches. Comprehensive reform and strengthening the Party branch building is a win-win result of interaction and mutual promotion. In order to explore the path of the Party branch construction in colleges and universities under the background of comprehensive reform, we should pay more attention to it, strengthen the support, strengthen the ideological construction, perfect the work system, strengthen the construction of the contingent, innovate the working way and serve the development of teachers and students.
