新媒体在高校基层团组织建设中的作用

【摘要】：随着互联网的发展,新媒体广泛进入了我们的生活。而随着手机、笔记本、平板电脑陆续进入我们的生活,我们与新媒体之间的联系越来越紧密。与传统媒体不同,新媒体具有"速度快"、"范围广"、"内容丰富"等特征,而这些特征在现实应用中,都已发展成了新媒体的优势。可以说新媒体已经改变了我们的生活方式。而在新媒体的影响日益加深的今天,高校的基层团组织的建设也迎来了新的机遇。高校的基层团组织应当积极利用新媒体,加强团队交流,提高团队的凝聚力。本文以"新媒体"与"高校基层团组织"为视角,通过对新媒体与高校基层团组织的综合分析,总结出将新媒体应用于我国高校基层团组织建设的合理路径,以期为我国高校利用新媒体建设基层团组织提供理论上的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, the new media has entered our life extensively. And as mobile phones, laptops and tablets come into our lives, our links with new media are getting closer and closer. Different from the traditional media, the new media has the characteristics of "speed", "wide range", "rich content" and so on, and these characteristics have developed into the advantages of new media in practical application. It can be said that the new media have changed our way of life. Today, the influence of the new media is deepening, the construction of the grassroots League organizations in colleges and universities is also ushered in a new opportunity. Grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities should make active use of new media, strengthen team communication and improve the cohesion of the team. This paper, from the perspective of "new media" and "grass-roots league organizations in colleges and universities", through the comprehensive analysis of new media and grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities, summarizes the reasonable way to apply new media to the construction of grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities in China. In order to provide theoretical advice for colleges and universities to use new media to build grass-roots organizations.
