反腐败须扎紧扎密制度笼子

【摘要】：当前,在重视高层反腐的同时,也要加强基层反腐,强化对一线执法者的监督,建立严格的监督检查制度和检举制度,听取公众意见,使基层腐败无处藏身。同时要进一步健全权力监督机制、普遍建立重大决策刚性机制、完善权力运行公开机制等,早日实现"不能腐"的目标。
[Abstract]:At present, while attaching importance to corruption at the senior level, we should also strengthen corruption at the grass-roots level, strengthen supervision over law-enforcement personnel, establish strict supervision and inspection systems and prosecution systems, and listen to public opinions so that corruption at the grassroots level has no place to hide. At the same time, it is necessary to further improve the mechanism of power supervision, establish the rigid mechanism of major decision-making, perfect the mechanism of open operation of power, and realize the goal of "not to rot" at an early date.
