论高校党建工作与学风建设的有效互动

【摘要】：目前,我国高校党建工作和学风建设存在相互脱节的"两张皮"现象,削弱了两项工作的有效性。党建工作与学风建设可以在主题、平台、对象、目标等方面相互渗透、相互促进从而整合有效资源形成良性互动。文章从现状入手,理性分析了二者互动的意义和必要性,在此基础上探讨二者有效互动的方式。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a "two skin" phenomenon that disjoins each other in the construction of Party building and study style in China's colleges and universities, which has weakened the effectiveness of the two work.
