民办高校党组织发挥政治核心作用的内在要求和实践方略

【摘要】：民办高校党组织发挥好政治核心作用是保证学校坚持正确办学方向,培养社会主义事业建设合格人才的必然要求。民办高校党建工作的创新发展,必须正确认识民办高校特点,把握好党委的政治核心地位,发挥党组织在强化思想引领、把握社会主义办学方向、严格督促学校依法按规办学等方面的作用。为此,民办高校党组织要坚守高校意识形态阵地,坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,加强党的建设,充分发挥党在组织建设中的优势,整合群众利益,注重化解矛盾,努力构建和谐校园,为民办高校教育事业健康发展保驾护航。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to ensure the correct direction of running a school and to train qualified talents in socialist construction to give play to the political core role of the party organization in private universities.
