高校党建工作精细化管理的探索与实践——以铜仁学院为例

【摘要】：高校党建工作是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分,在党建工作全局中具有重要的战略地位。精细化管理强调把管理工作责任化、制度化、程序化、量化,把管理工作做精、做细、做到实处。随着社会的快速发展,高校的党建工作也出现了许多新的困难和问题。面对新的形势,如何进一步加强对高校党建工作的实践和探索,已经成为摆在各高校面前的一个亟待解决的重大课题。文章以铜仁学院为例,从高校党建工作精细化管理的指导思想、存在问题、解决措施三方面来进行探讨,以期提高高校党建工作管理的科学化水平。
[Abstract]:The work of Party building in colleges and universities is an important part of the new great project of Party building and plays an important strategic role in the overall situation of party building. Meticulous management emphasizes the responsibility, institutionalization, procedure and quantification of management. With the rapid development of society, there are many new difficulties and problems in the Party building in colleges and universities. In the face of the new situation, how to further strengthen the practice and exploration of the Party building in colleges and universities has become an important task to be solved urgently. Taking Tongren College as an example, this paper probes into the guiding ideology, existing problems and solving measures of the fine management of the Party building work in colleges and universities in order to improve the scientific level of the management of the party building work in colleges and universities.
