【摘要】：确立党性与人民性高度一致的观点,实行人民当家做主的民主政治和德才兼备的干部选拔机制,贯彻党要管党、从严治党的原则与方针,是经过实践检验和证明了的行之有效的坚持党的群众路线的基本思想与认识保障、政治与组织保障、措施与纪律保障。
[Abstract]:To establish a high degree of agreement between the party spirit and the people's character, to implement the mechanism of selecting cadres who are the masters of the people's own affairs and of both moral and talented people, and to carry out the principle and policy that the party should govern the party and strictly administer the party. It is the basic thought and understanding guarantee, political and organizational guarantee, measure and discipline guarantee of adhering to the mass line of the party, which has been proved by practice and proved.
