发挥大学生党员群体榜样引领作用的机制构建与探索——以北京第二外国语学院为例

【摘要】：当前高校校园文化呈现多元化的特点,大学生党员群体文化作为高校先进校园文化的重要组成部分,成为引领校园文化健康发展的重要抓手。大学生党员群体文化主要体现在他们作为相对更加优秀的群体所应有的榜样引领作用。贯彻习近平总书记对高校党建的新要求,牢牢把握高校意识形态的领导权,需以大学生党员群体榜样为指引,建立完善的引领机制,即引领动力机制、引领运行机制、引领激励机制、引领保障机制以及引领评价机制,从而推动校园文化健康发展。
[Abstract]:As an important part of advanced campus culture, college student party member group culture has become an important part of leading the healthy development of campus culture. The group culture of college students'Party members is mainly reflected in their leading role as a better group. To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's new requirements for party building in colleges and universities and firmly grasp the leadership of ideology in colleges and universities, it is necessary to set up a perfect guiding mechanism, that is, the leading power mechanism and the leading running mechanism, guided by the example of the college students' Party members. Lead the incentive mechanism, lead the security mechanism and lead the evaluation mechanism to promote the healthy development of campus culture.
