习近平“讲规矩”思想:实践需求、基本特征、重大意义

【摘要】：马克思主义经典作家的组织纪律性理论要求我们党"守纪律、讲规矩";习近平"讲规矩"思想,是对世界某些社会主义国家共产党丧失政权教训的深刻总结;是习近平从政以来一以贯之的实践。其基本特征有:抓"关键少数"与面向全体的统一;发扬党性与尊重个性的统一;治标与治本的统一;自我净化与强化监督的统一;顶层设计与具体落实的统一等。深入学习和研究习近平"讲规矩"思想,对于全面从严治党,提高党的建设科学化水平,以优良党风带动社会风气的持续向善,增强人民对党和政府的信任,破解世界反腐难题等,都具有重要的理论和实践价值。
[Abstract]:The organizational discipline theory of Marxist classical writers requires our Party to "observe discipline and discipline", while Xi Jinping's thought of "stressing rules" is a profound summary of the loss of political power of the Communist Party of some socialist countries in the world. Xi Jinping is a consistent practice since the beginning of politics. Its basic features include: grasping the unity of "key minority" and facing the whole; developing the unity of party spirit and respect for individuality; unifying the treatment of symptoms and the root cause; unifying self-purification and strengthening supervision; and the unity of top-level design and concrete implementation. The in-depth study and study of Xi Jinping's thought of "observing rules and regulations" will enhance the people's trust in the Party and the government by comprehensively and strictly administering the party, improving the scientific level of party building, driving the social ethos to the good with good Party style, and enhancing the people's trust in the party and the government. Solving the world anti-corruption problem has important theoretical and practical value.
