遏制腐败需提升腐败惩治力度

【摘要】：提升腐败惩治力度对于我国当前遏制腐败蔓延具有重要意义。但是从近年来的反腐倡廉实践来看,我国却出现了与遏制腐败蔓延势头南辕北辙的腐败惩治力度下降趋势、腐败案件刑事转化偏低。为了坚决遏制腐败和为提升腐败惩治力度提供坚实保障,我国亟待推进反腐败机构改革、反腐败职业化专业化建设、反腐败法律改革。
[Abstract]:Improving the punishment of corruption is of great significance to curb the spread of corruption. But from the practice of fighting corruption and advocating clean government in recent years, there is a downward trend of corruption punishment and criminal transformation of corruption cases in our country, which is different from curbing the spreading trend of corruption, and the criminal transformation of corruption cases is on the low side. In order to resolutely curb corruption and provide a solid guarantee for enhancing the punishment of corruption, China urgently needs to promote the reform of anti-corruption institutions, the professionalization of anti-corruption and the reform of anti-corruption laws.
