红军长征时期民族政策执行特点及对当下全面从严治党的启示

【摘要】：通过对红军长征时期民族政策执行的研究,归纳出蕴含其中的六大特点,即:中央核心作用充分发挥、高级领导干部率先垂范、党员干部群众对政策的高认知认同度、政策纪律执行严格、执行举措富有针对性以及紧紧依靠少数民族群众。基于全面从严治党的核心要义,文章阐述了长征时期民族政策执行对当下全面从严治党的启示。认为全面从严治党要取得成功,应树立"四种意识"、维护中央核心地位、服从中央指挥;领导干部必须以身作则;政策宣导要深入到位;强化监督、严肃纪律、执行从严;要根据不同政策对象采取不同的实施策略;要坚持群众路线、充分发挥群众的积极性。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the implementation of national policies during the long March of the Red Army, it is concluded that six characteristics are contained therein, namely, the full play of the core role of the Central Committee, the pioneering role of the senior leading cadres, and the high degree of cognitive acceptance of the policy among the party members, cadres and masses. The policy and discipline are strictly enforced, and the implementation measures are highly targeted and closely dependent on the minority people. Based on the core meaning of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, the article expounds the enlightenment of the implementation of the national policy in the long March period to the present comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. In order to achieve success, we should establish "four kinds of consciousness", maintain the core position of the central government and obey the central command; leading cadres must set an example; policy propaganda and guidance should be carried out in depth; supervision should be strengthened; discipline should be strictly enforced; We should adopt different implementation strategies according to different policy objects, adhere to the mass line and give full play to the enthusiasm of the masses.
