加强高校院系党委党建工作谫论

【摘要】：高校院系党委党建工作具有特殊意义,做好基层党组织党建工作的关键是抓好党委书记,核心是加强党员队伍的思想建设,依靠力量是学院党员、干部、入党积极分子及广大一线师生。做好党建工作需要靠党内合力与平台合力,完善党建载体,将党建工作落到实处。
[Abstract]:The Party building work of the Party committees of colleges and departments is of special significance. The key to doing a good job in the party building work of the Party organizations at the grassroots level is to do a good job in party secretaries. The core is to strengthen the ideological construction of the party members, and to rely on the strength of the Party members and cadres of the colleges, Party activists and the vast number of teachers and students. It is necessary to perfect the carrier of party building and implement the work of party building by means of inner-party resultant force and platform-resultant force.
