【摘要】:正党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央把党要管党、从严治党、从严管理干部摆在更加突出位置,推出了一系列管党治党的重大举措,有力地凝聚了党心民心。但在从严治党、从严管理干部的新常态下,干部正向激励机制还不够健全、措施还不够完善,在一定程度上影响了干部干事创业的热情。因此,完善从严治吏新常态下的干部正向激励机制、充分调动干部干事创业的主动性和积极性,显得十分必要而紧迫。一、当前干部正向激励机制存
