【摘要】：正8月10日晚,中央商场(600280.SH)发布公告称,决定对公司副董事长胡晓军的违纪问题予以调查。这是继雨润集团董事长兼中央商场董事长祝义材被监视居住后,雨润系又一高管被调查。据了解,胡晓军除了任中央商场副董事长之外,还是雨润控股集团的董事,同时任雨润旗下现代商业集团有限公司董事长。
[Abstract]:On the evening of Aug. 10, the central shopping mall (600280.SH) issued a statement saying it had decided to investigate violations of discipline by Hu Xiaojun, vice chairman of the company. After Zhu Yicai, chairman of Yurun Group and chairman of the Central Mall, was under surveillance, another executive of the Yurun department was investigated. It is understood that Hu Xiaojun, in addition to serving as vice chairman of the central shopping mall, is also the director of the Yu run Holdings Group, as well as the chairman of his Modern Commercial Group Co., Ltd.
