【摘要】：正要摒弃为官不为。要正确处理严以用权和干事创业的关系,做到虽"为官不易",但不能为官不为;虽严以用权,但不能无所作为。要把高标准履职尽责作为基本要求,日常工作能尽责、难题面前敢负责、出现过失敢担责,面对急难险重任务豁得出来、顶得上去,面对各种歪风邪气敢于较真、敢于碰硬,面对重大原则问题立场坚定、旗帜鲜明。要强化民生导向。发展是最大的民生,要把权力用到推动科学发展上,突出抓好一批重大项目和重点工程建设,推动经济社会更好更快发展。群众利益无小事,
