农村社区化党建新路怎么走

【摘要】：在经济社会发展转型中,农村社会结构转型、城乡开放性增强、农民利益需求多元化等问题对农村基层党建工作带来了一定的挑战,农村基层党建工作亟待转型。在新农村建设中,社区化党建体系成长迅速,将其作为当代农村基层党建工作的发展方向具有重大意义。为此,需要构建以社区党支部为核心的党组织体系、跨区域的用人体系和完善的利益协调机制,促进社区化党建工作的发展。
[Abstract]:In the transformation of economic and social development, the transformation of rural social structure, the increase of urban and rural openness and the diversification of farmers' interests have brought some challenges to the party construction work at the grass-roots level in rural areas, and the grass-roots party construction work in rural areas needs to be transformed urgently. In the new rural construction, the community party building body has grown rapidly and takes it as the party construction worker at the grass-roots level in the rural areas. The development direction of the work is of great significance. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the party organization system with the core of the community party branch as the core, the cross regional use system and the perfect coordination mechanism of interest, so as to promote the development of the community-based party building work.
