组织嵌入的限度与非公党建区域化策略选择

【摘要】：非公党建作为执政党实施"再组织化"战略的重要领域,面临着异质组织嵌入的结构性和功能性难题,其动力和活力存在不确定性。从组织学的视域观察,非公党组织是一种处于持续社会建构状态的弱组织,需要得到组织"母体"持续奥援。由此,实施区域化党建策略,解决非公党建的系统支撑问题,就成为必然选择。应该着眼于强要素整合破解组织组建与嵌入难题,着眼于软权力嫁接解决功能发挥与融合问题,以此最大限度地消解非公党建的不确定性。
[Abstract]:Non - public party construction , as an important area of the implementation of the strategy of " re - organization " , is confronted with the structural and functional problems embedded by heterogeneous organizations . The power and vitality of the non - public party organization are uncertain . From the view of histology , the non - public party organization is a weak organization in the state of continuing social construction . It is necessary to obtain the " maternal " continuing support of the organization . Therefore , it is an inevitable choice to implement the regional party construction strategy and solve the problem of system support of the non - public party building .
