基于协同论的高校纪检机关监督创新研究

【摘要】：高校纪检机关作为党的纪检机关在高等教育系统中的延伸,在高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作中发挥不可替代的作用。本文基于已有研究成果,对高校纪检机关监督主体的协同性进行分析,认为高校纪检机关强化监督应当发挥本体监督、高校内部监督、外部监督的协同效应,进一步提升监督的实际效果,从而建设一支优良的高校纪检干部队伍。
[Abstract]:As an extension of the discipline inspection organs of the Party in the higher education system, the discipline inspection organs of colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in the construction of a clean and honest party style and in the work of fighting corruption. Based on the existing research results, this paper analyzes the synergetic nature of the subject of discipline inspection in colleges and universities, and holds that the strengthening supervision of discipline inspection organs in colleges and universities should exert the synergistic effect of ontology supervision, internal supervision and external supervision. Further improve the actual effect of supervision, thus building a fine contingent of discipline inspection cadres.
